Asana, the physical aspect of yoga, is just one of eight steps, or limbs, that comprise a complete system set forth by a yogi named Patanjali over 2000 years ago.
The Yoga Sutras, 194 easily memorized aphorisms, serve as a practical guide to contentment for anyone willing to follow the practice.
That’s where we come in.
Our higher learning program, serves all students who wish to expand their practice to the full extent of the other 7 limbs. Regardless of whether you can straighten your legs in Down Dog or lower through Chaturanga with ease, you are welcome to participate. Your physical practice will progress far more rewardingly with the support of the other steps. So will the rest of your life. After all, that’s what the practice is all about, right?
